KABARDISTANHORTI-PINRANG. Pertemuan bulanan yang merupakan kegiatan rutin penyuluh pertanian dalam lingkup Dinas Pertanian dan Hortikultura Kabupaten Pinrang dilaksanakan hari ini, Rabu (02/10/2019) di enam Kecamatan.
Untuk BPP Tiroang dan BPP Paleteang yang pelaksanaannya di Tiroang, doa bersama untuk almarhum Dahlan Beddu digelar mengawali pertemuan tersebut.
“Pertemuan penyuluh setiap bulan tersebut dalam rangka peningkatan kapasitas SDM tenaga penyuluh pertanian dalam melaksanakan kegiatan penyuluhan serta pendampingan di wilayah kerja masing-masing di Kabupaten Pinrang” ungkap Kabid Penyuluhan, Kamaruddin Yakub dalam arahannya di BPP Tiroang.
Kegiatan rutin ini juga dimaksudkan sebagai pembahasan terkait metode-metode penyuluhan maupun aspek teknis lainnya yang terkait dengan capain kinerja. Jadwal setiap bidang teknis diatur secara bergiliran untuk menghadiri pembinaan di setiap kecamatan.
Pada kesempatan itu pula, Kamaruddin berharap kepada penyuluh agar pendampingan peyuluhan bisa maksimal. “Diharapkan para penyuluh siap mendampingi dan mensukseskan setiap kegiatan, serta penyuluh bisa mensinergikan semua program yang berjalan.
Dari kegiatan pembinaan rutin yang dilakukan, diharapkan komunikasi, koordinasi dan persamaan persepsi antar semua petugas dan penyuluh dapat berjalan dengan baik sehingga penyuluhan pertanian berjalan efektif dan efisien serta mencapai tujuan bersama dalam keberhasilan pembangunan pertanian untuk swasembada pangan dan kesejahteraan petani.
